I had to improvise again... I used a light Resistance Loop - and just moved my legs up and down. Well, tried to at least 😉 Then I remembered that I've been wanting to do the arm circles from Day 16 regularly, so added a set with a light Theraband...
Now off to practice some pushups, not the spider-man variety - just the regular kind, probably against a wall to learn to use all the muscles...
